Returns
- We accept returns only for defective or damaged items.
- You must initiate the return request within 7 days of receiving the order.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order ID) and clear images of the defective product must be provided for verification.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products purchased on discounts, clearance sales, or customized items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- We do not accept returns due to size or color preferences. Please refer to our size guide before placing an order.
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once the order is processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
